Cowboy Group was established in 2003, with its headquarters situated in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province. The company operates four branches, including locations in Zhengzhou and Chengdu, as well as two international branches in the United States (Mooton Group Inc) and Dubai (MOOTON KIDS RIDES & GAMES TRADING L.L.C), which founded the Mooton sub-brand. Cowboy Group serves clients from over 100 countries and regions worldwide. The company’s product portfolio encompasses a wide range of indoor and outdoor children's playground equipment, water park facilities, and kindergarten/nursery furniture. Additionally, Cowboy Group offers comprehensive services, including project design planning, product customization, transportation, and installation.

Cowboy outdoor showroom is located to the west of the office building. It consists of the Big Tree Playground and Pirate Playground. The main part of this playground is made by  GRC, combine with slide, crawl net, and sky walk rope. For the slides we make the stainless steel and engineering plastic slide, and the decoration animals hanging from the trees are FRP. The Pirate Playground takes inspiration from the movie《Pirates of the Caribbean》, with barrels of beer, damaged planes, and comical seagulls, all treated with an antiquated finish. If you pay close attention the details, you'll notice that the wind vane on the roof even turns with the wind!

Cowboy indoor showroom is located in the first and second floors of the office building. It is divided into outdoor playground equipment area, indoor playground equipment area and preschool furniture area. The main equipment of the outdoor playground is a natural theme park. The materials we using are fiber glass, compact laminate board, stainless steel board, galvanized pipe etc., which can solve the problems like cracking and deformation of wood. It can also reduce the maintenance costs, and extend the lifetime of the equipment. The indoor playground area consists of a fruit and vegetable park, a ball pool area and some role play areas.The materials of these area are Fireproof board, EPE foam (Expandable Polyethylene, commonly known as Pearl Cotton), plywood, PU/PVC leather, stainless steel, fiberglass, galvanize pipe, plastic, nylon, rope nets, EVA, PP, etc. Pre-school furniture area consist of several sample classrooms ,we do the classroom setup by different materials & functions, like birch plywood collections, rubber wood collections, pine wood collections. Function corner including: study area, reading area, art area, role playing area, block area, science area, STEM area etc.

Outdoor Playground Factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters(107639.1sqft), with advanced production equipment and outstanding technical team and professional testing capabilities.

1. Workshop partition: Raw material area, cutting area, welding area, surface treatment area, assembly/trial area, inspection area, packing area, etc.

2. Production equipment: advanced laser cutting equipment, numerical control equipment, laser welding equipment, PVC coated equipment, Powder coated equipment, manipulators, etc.

3. Technical team: With a skilled team, with rich production experience and excellent technical capabilities in playground industry field, regular training to keep up with the latest technology in the industry.

4. Testing capabilities: We set up the standard laboratory, equipped with a complete set of testing tools to meet China domestic standards, European standards [EN1176], American standards [ASTM F1487] ). The production and testing process is strictly carried out in accordance with relevant standards.

Cowboy's Kindergarten Furniture Factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters(107639.1sqft), with a well-organized layout and state-of-the-art production equipment. We have a skilled team and a strong ability to test and ensure quality.

Panel Furniture Section: Material storage, cutting, engraving, edge banding, drilling, and assembly

Solid Wood/Outdoor Section: Cutting, sanding, drilling, edge grinding, and assembly

Painting/Packaging Section: UV coating, sanding, priming, top coating, assembly, and packaging

2.Production equipment: We use advanced machines, including electronic cutting machines, engraving machines, sanding machines, CNC tenoning machines, multi-sided drills, edge banding machines, and UV coating lines.
